Israel has devolved into the ethno-fascism I warned it was going to twenty years ago. There is no denying that after this election and the racist reaction of those who actually won, allowing the fascist war-criminal Netanyahu a chance to retain power.
No one who supports equality or even a democracy based on the majoritarian principle of government can ignore this. At this rate anyone who is not an apartheid-fascist is going to stay and the genocide will accelerate. The big question for us is if it will happen with the support of the United States and other deputed democracies. And the answer to that question will tell you as much about the status of democracy here as it does there.
