Everyone should try to get themselves on that list,  no doubt assembled and weaponized against us by software sold to the fascist regime by the big tech bros, just like they make it and sell it to China and Russia and Israel and other fascist and apartheid countries.   And we were all told repeatedly that we should just let that technology to be made.   We need to flood their fascist databases even as we find ways to ratfuck and monkeywrench them and their technology.   Waiting for the "justice system" even with laws against that in place to protect us is a fools dream because, as we can see, they'll just sell out to the tech billionaires.  

I've been warning against this stuff since I started reading some of he early wet dreams of the cybernerds - a shocking number of whom turn out to be some of our most malignant fascists,  almost as high a percentage of those as in high finance and hedge fund bros.   We've got to destroy them, level them down to the same peonage they want to impose on us.   Hollywood copaganda and fascist chic have been setting us up for this since the mid-1970s.   Everything has been getting worse as their influence has grown.

This is on the goddamned legal profession,  your fellow lawyers including the senior ranks of those sitting as judges and, especially that most corrupt bunch of them,  "justices" and their weaponization of delay and process which the rich and powerful benefit from even as the poorest find the "justice" system the most efficient passenger railroad service to prison and execution in the history of the country.    Look at how all of you guys have been guaranteeing us that the "justice" system was going to take care of things for the past ten years,  how we were to put our faith in the likes of Robert Mueller,  then the "restored" DoJ under Merrick Garland, then, finally, when he got around to appointing Jack Smith that justice would be done only to have Trump's liar-lawyers working in cahoots with judges and even some somewhat honest judges got him off again.   And you said similar things about the state prosecutions in Georgia and New York.   EVEN WHEN HE WAS CONVICTED IN NEW YORK, HE GOT OFF.     You guys should start being honest that all of this starts in the practices and habits and lore and myths of your profession.   Most of all it starts with turning lying into an allowed practice, then a professional obligation and, in the end what got lawyers paid the big bucks and, as can be seen in the case of the top positions in your profession ON TO THE SUPREME COURT.  

Count Me In On The Strike

 I'm going to take the advice of Jesus and only spend money on needed food until further notice.  

We should encourage a consumers as well as a workers strike.   I'd especially favor a targeted strike to those corporations and companies whose leadership and owners have given Trump a blow job.   

My State Is Under ICEstapo Invasion

 as some Democrats here predicted,  targeting the Somali community in the Portland and Lewiston areas.  Anywhere with a Democratic governor and state legislature will be under attack at the whim of our mentally deficient, defective and fascist dictator and his goons.   

I wonder if somewhere some idiot is saying that "the first one to say 'fascist' loses" like I remember so many an idiot saying in the 1990s and 2000s.   I remember saying that the only ones who would benefit from that were fascists.   I am thinking of a particular long-term NPR announcer saying it in her smarmy voice and think that someone should have slapped her in the face at the time.   I recently heard someone worried sick about NPR and PBS disappearing under Trump,  I said, who cares?

Those who do have that chance should take the opportunity to do it, publicly, shaming and embarrassing and humiliating them every chance they get.   Roberts Alito, Thomas (who put the RAT into ratfuck), the congenitally criminal Gorsuch, "Kavanaugh stops" Kavanaugh and the corrupt little whited sepulcher who is Coney-Barrett  should become major figures of ridicule, derision and disrespect for the rest of American and world history.    Them and their filthy oligarchic white supremacist party.  

I'd like to do something similar to the genteel tradition of Supreme Court so-called reporting,  which has a hand in this.  Pretending that the overtly political and politically meddling court is above politics is a whopper of a lie, one that the history of the Court going back to before John Marshall proves has always been a lie.   The Roberts Court is the product of two and a half centuries of that lie being carried, the worst Court in the history of the most corrupt branch of the government, including the most corrupt periods of the Congress and the executive.

We have to face the fact that America has a permanent, perhaps one third of the population who are congenitally evil and stupid and they're almost all European in their heritage.  THAT is a starting condition for how we can possibly work around them to get a legitimate, just egalitarian government and it will mean taking every possible means to disempower and sideline them.   Being nice and fair to them and expecting them to not turn around and try to kill us is even more irresponsible as it is stupid.
