is as racist as the most racist Courts in the history of that dishonorable Court. It just nullified another federal law, passed by Congress, signed into law by a president, one that removes protective status from a list of those who came here fleeing violence and in many cases likely death. And it's not the only one they have nullified just this week, using the Marbury power ever more as Louis Boudin predicted it would be more than a century ago.
Amy Coney Barrett, alleged mother of two children adopted from Haiti, just put an ICE target on their backs by going with her five other Republican-fascist colleagues on the Court. I'd really love to know what those children think of that, that is if they still understand that they are now going to be the focus of racial targeting by racist cops, racist ICESTAPO. I wonder if that bitch cares enough to understand that's what she's done. I suspect that in her lawyerly-liarly way, she can come up with lawerly lying language to pretend that's not exactly what she's done.
Then there's Clarence Thomas, possibly the most anti-black "justice" he may have a worse record in many ways than that of James McReynolds.
But all of the Roberts Court Republicans are thorough racists, partisan Republican fascists and enablers of what is objectively the worst president in American history. They make Court reform not only entirely desireable they make it a necessity of maintaining not only a democracy but even an actual republic of laws and not Republican-fascist men and a few women in the mix.
