A Democrat should declare the Supreme Court "justices" who have opened and kept our government corrupt with millionaire and billionaire money enemies under it [The Alien And Sedition Act] and send them somewhere else.

Democratic lawmakers are still trying to work within and preserve the existing system of government. Working people must use every nonviolent tool available, including electoral politics, to break the oligarchs, especially the oligarchs behind Project 2025.

@Richard-Bird   The existing system of government is what got us here,  to expect that it, as distorted by Republican-fascists on the Supreme Court - who under the corrupt existing system get to define what the "Constitution" is in reality at any given time have distorted it exactly to guarantee  corrupt government through rulings such as Buckley v. Valeo and Citizens United,  the 2024 rulings legalizing quid pro quo corruption (as long as the quo is paid after the quid is delivered,  something the Court has been practicing for years)  and the ultimate corruption of Trump v. USA,  TO EXPECT IT TO NOT AGAIN PRODUCE WHAT IS HAS PRODUCED IS DELUSIONAL.   

And it is not the first time the Court has done that as they reimposed de facto slavery and apartheid after the adoption of the Civil Rights Amendments they corruptly "interpreted" those.    They got that chance because of the intrinsic anti-democratic corruption of the Electoral College.   TO EXPECT THAT THE SYSTEM AS IT EXISTS IS NOT GOING TO PRODUCE SUCH CORRUPT RESULTS IS SHEER LUNACY THAT EXPECTS THAT YOU WILL GET DIFFERENT RESULTS BY DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN.   The goddamned lawyers in the Democratic Party and elsewhere pretend not to understand this because they're goddamned cowards.    Real democratic Democrats should face this and force change, starting with removing the Court created power grab of Marbury v Madison WHICH COULD AND WILL HAVE TO BE DONE BY THOSE ELECTED BECAUSE THOSE NOT ELECTED ON THE COURT WILL NEVER GIVE UP THAT POWER WILLINGLY.
