"It seems to me that to organize on the basis of feeding people or righting social injustice and all that is very valuable. But to rally people around the idea of modernism, modernity, or something is simply silly. I mean, I don't know what kind of a cause that is, to be up to date. I think it ultimately leads to fashion and snobbery and I'm against it."

LEVEL BILLIONAIRES OUT OF EXISTENCE
Yes, because all abortions ever performed in the history of mankind happened because of reasons like this.
I'd respect you Pro-Conveniencers a lot more if you just admitted that you use horror stories like this to make sure abortion stays sacred even though you damn well know that the vast majority of women who have them are unrelated to women like these and their stories.
To repeat, because I know you like extrapolating beyond what is reasonable, I view abortion the way I do drugs - I don't partake, refuse to enable those who do, but don't support making the practice illegal.
Oh, "pro-conveniencers". As if all abortions were a matter of mere convenience. Just who do you propose gets to decide if a woman's being pregnant and being forced to give birth is a matter of disqualifying "mere convenience" and which aspects of your bodily autonomy do you propose such an external force gets to make those decisions about instead of you? How would you like it to be, say, ME?
Just who do you think has a superior right to a woman to decide these things about her own body? You?
