I'd like to do something similar to the genteel tradition of Supreme Court so-called reporting, which has a hand in this. Pretending that the overtly political and politically meddling court is above politics is a whopper of a lie, one that the history of the Court going back to before John Marshall proves has always been a lie. The Roberts Court is the product of two and a half centuries of that lie being carried, the worst Court in the history of the most corrupt branch of the government, including the most corrupt periods of the Congress and the executive.
