Every Single Thing I Said About The Supreme Court Since July 21st Is Relevant Right Now

 And this video of a discussion between the veteran prosecutor Glenn Kirschner and Brian Tyler Cohen about Trump's rush to the Supreme Court to green-light his ballroom proves that everything I said in it is absolutely relevant.   Right up to and including Kirschner's observation that they are a law unto themselves, they can rewrite even as basic an article of the Constitution as that giving the Congress the power of the purse and their proven willingness to make Trump a dictator and themselves the real legislative power in doing all of that.  

And the video isn't even 24 hours old  

 

 The Roberts Court IS the new Taney Court, it is going to either pitch us into a Republican-fascist tyranny or WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO CUT THE COURT DOWN TO SIZE BY RIPPING ITS SELF-INVENTED POWER TO NULLIFY ACTS OF CONGRESS, INCLUDING CLEAN ELECTIONS LAWS.  Those are the only alternatives there are.  We are at the point of crisis and we have been since Trump v USA was decided.   

I hope to God it doesn't mean another and far deadlier Civil War this time, because that is what it took the last time.
