"It seems to me that to organize on the basis of feeding people or righting social injustice and all that is very valuable. But to rally people around the idea of modernism, modernity, or something is simply silly. I mean, I don't know what kind of a cause that is, to be up to date. I think it ultimately leads to fashion and snobbery and I'm against it."

LEVEL BILLIONAIRES OUT OF EXISTENCE
Well, it was that or write about the extremely dumb Amanda Marcotte post from Alternet, reposted at Salon, about how angry atheists are at being labelled as "angry" by Christians.
It seems it's unfair to say atheists are angry, but it's so unfair it's a whole separate "myth," and it's untrue because atheists aren't angry, they're just angry when you unfairly label them as all angry.
It was so dumb nobody even defended it. Instead, the comments just rambled on about the usual suspects trying to force religion on atheists, and how atheists don't really believe anything except not God, and so on. But I was sorely tempted to write a mockery of it.

Except it was a mockery of itself.
