You haven't refuted anything. Wow me with your superior erudition, go on, refute what was said. He claimed that they didn't need it. So you're not only stupid, you're uninformed stupid.

You were particularly stupid to post the comment as "Zod" a minute after you posted this. The coincidences in regard to you and "Zod" just reached the point where it's no coincidence. I think in a lot of cases even than academic peer-review in some areas of science. "

That's so true, Sparkles. Theologians actually get peer-reviewed by God. Minerals may be a part of living creatures but there's a reason no plants grow in pure sand, and it ain't water retention. I do a lot of potting of plants now, and I've been struck at what I buy ad "soil" is actually organic matter, not pulverized minerals.

Now, transfer that simple awareness to another planet. Soil is there, arguendo, but what grows in it without microbes and organic matter? As much as will grow in sand. Very simply: without life, where does life come from? This is basic agricultural science, yet people like Hawking blather on that we must take seeds with us and flee Earth. And go where, and plant what? Take our entire ecosystem? Recreate it, almost from scratch? Top soil is a small miracle that took millenia to create. Without it, we can't grow the plants life depends on. How do we recreate that? What fantasy is it to think we'll find that again?

This is basic earth science 101, yet Hawking seemed entirely ignorant of it. Just because he knew something about black holes didn't mean he knew everything.Rmjhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06811456254443706479noreply@blogger.com
